Amit is a business development and a sales management executive. He is a consummate strategist and passionate about building long lasting revenue generating partnerships. He has over 15 years of combined partnership and high performance sales team development experience in Silicon Valley.

Prior to working with Prometheus Partners L.L.P., Amit served as a Director of Strategic Business Development & Partnerships and Director of Strategic Sales within Sony Electronics. During his 10 year tenure he provided cross-functional leadership in building high valued partnerships with Disney, Cisco and eBay in the realm of brand enhancement, joint Go To Market and revenue generating account penetrations.His technology background coupled with business insights allows him to identify early stage innovative companies for strategic engagements.Prior to Sony, Amit held several sales management roles in NEC Electronics and Hitachi Semiconductor of America (now Renesas Electronics Corporation) where he won numerous design-win awards.

Amit holds a MSEE in Computer Architecture from California State University, Fullerton and a BS (Hons) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India.
